I left numerous voice mails, emails and text messages and yet to no avail almost 6 months later (Sep 2020). At this point, this is beyond horrid customer service. I had projects in my business queue that he just stopped working on. Clearly the Johns Firm is no longer interested in supporting my business. I left a message for Donovan with the firm and was still unable to reach him. I have requested my held funds be returned.
