Terrible Experience. One of the partners represented me in a Probate case for the Estate of one of my brother who passed. Either she was incompetent, by recommending a Real Estate Commissioner without telling me that final distribution would not happen for a two years term or Grossly Negligent by forgetting to tell me during the settlement. NOTE, during the trial, we were prevailing and the case would have resolved by me becoming the Personal Representative. At the end, after dragging the case for nearly two years, her fees were $31,000 for an Estate of less than $100,000, and I netted $22,000. Do Not Hire for Estate Probate or Litigation.

I heard Lora speak about elder law and thought her presentation was excellent. Then I used the company for help getting mom on ALTCS. I must says that Marcie ( whom we worked with) was an angel. Care giving can be very stressful for the caregiver and future help seems like a distant hope sometimes. Not only did Marcie try and calm our worries but put up with calls, tears and frustration. That said we should have just allowed her to do her work and not worried so much because every thing got done and mom got the care she needed and we were able to breath.
