As a current client of Johnson & Bennett I feel compelled to share my ongoing experience since retaining their services for a case in December 2023.Previously, my experience was unsatisfactory due to the lack of communication. Based on my original review Tressa Johnson, a lead attorney, called me to remedy the situation. She listened to my concerns and gave me a plan of action. I am eager to see what next steps entail.

This is the most nonresponsive firm in existence. I support and consult a client that hired this firm and the client clearly communicates on a regular bases with the attorneys and she may or may not get any feedback. She has made regular payments and provided everything needed. On occassion she has even been told that the attorney had to attend a family event and go to a doctor's appointment - which is not relevant to you doing your job. You schedule around it like all other working people do. You don't get a pass becasue you are an attorney. I do not recommend.

I have been in search for an attorney for 3 months. Unfortuantely, I paid consultation fees and wasted my money. I paid my consultation fee to Johnson & Bennett and Attorney Tressa Johnson was very direct but courteous about my case. The fees to proceed with my case were very reasonable compared to other law firms that I'd contacted. I made in my mind that I was going forward with Mediation on 3/11 Monday (last minute). She squeezed me 🙌 in and 3/14 Thursday was the date of Mediation. I paniced and was a nervous wreck. I felt I wasn't prepared and stressed out from worrying for months. Attorney Tressa Johnson made sure I was calm, aware of each process and encouraged me the entire way. She demonstrated pure STELLAR during the entire mediation! We won and If I could give 10 stars it was well deserved. My message to everyone...PLEASE don't waste your time & money with other firms like I did. Attorney Tressa Johnson will make it all make sense literally.

If I could give 0 stars I would. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. They are extremely slow with paper work and they do not answer their emails or phones 🙄!!! I emailed and left voice-mails (everytime I called it goes straight to voice-mail) about the intake form not working properly. I randomly got a text from them at 1 am stating I was being dropped by them when they never even bother to reply to any emails calls or texts. These 5 star reviews have to be FAKE. I filled out an in take form in AUGUST and they didn't reach out to me until DECEMBER!!! Update: They still haven't reach out to me but instead have the time to reply to review comments. They keep proving my point.
