When we had an accident we were both injured. I found out that I would have to have medical care maybe for life. I couldn’t work anymore. We contacted this firm to see what our options were. I was not wanting to sue the girl that hit us. I was crying all the time and they made me feel that it was ok to feel like I did. I cried through the whole appointment. Travis Jensen helped me through a very difficult incident when I fell while at a restaurant. He came to my home and met with me with his team. He carefully listened to me and asked lots of questions. He and his team made sure that they obtained everything they needed about my medical records and my health impact related to the fall. I cannot say enough about his real attention to me and my case. Johnson Jensen was an absolute blessing. I was in a car accident while pregnant and they did an amazing job. They are so compassionate and truly care about their clients. I can’t say enough great things about Travis and his team. They were absolutely amazing from start to finish. While this was my first time going through litigation, they took their time to help me understand what was going on and set expectations and a road map for what will/may happen throughout the process so I was prepared and not caught off guard. This was instrumental in helping me feel confident that the direction I was going with everything was the correct one. Everyone was phenomenal with communication and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I was rear ended in May 2023 (100% fault of the other driver) and my car was totaled. I suffered a concussion, whiplash, and back injury from the impact. I managed to get a decent settlement for my vehicle pretty quickly (crazy used car market at the time) and about a year later, received the maximum personal injury settlement amount possible, given the other driver's coverage. Johnson/Jensen took my win one step further and eventually my own insurance company agreed to waive the med pay balance from all my chiropractor visits, which netted me more $ in the end. The accident, having to replace my car, and deal with insurance companies was definitely a 1/5 star experience in and of itself but Johnson/Jensen helped me turn sour lemons into something resembling lemonade by the end of the whole ordeal. I do not recommend auto collisions of any kind, but if you find yourself in a situation similar to mine and need legal assistance, you'll be in good hands with Johnson/Jensen.

An uninsured motorist caused a 5 car collision resulting in the total loss of my car, an 8 month long concussion and thousands of dollars of medical bills.
