Johnson Katie

I witnessed Katie Johnson ask the judge how to do her job, giving me second hand embarrassment. I had the displeasure of watching her fight against a victim of DV, Katie Johnson sided with the Lincoln County DA who threatened a victim of DV, and CPS who clearly didn't do their job in nearly every way possible, so badly that they had to bring in a supervisor to try and cover for them. She mistakenly accused the victim of DV of not calling the police, which was false. She clearly did not understand the case she was on. Worst of all, she admitted that she "Wishes the court case could go on longer so they can make sure the parents don't get back together." It is not the job of CPS to keep parents apart, I do understand that's what they secretly want, because that's the type of people they are, but it was hilarious Katie Johnson spoke what these people never say out loud.

Katie is a very good lawyer...she kept me out of jail on a drug charge. Which it was my first drug charge ever and every case is different. I do wish I would have stayed in contact with her more than I was. ( life is full of surprises...moreso when you have kids)..with that said...she actually made time to meet with me and gave me 1 on 1 time which is very important..and I did not see her secretary but 1 time...and Julie was also very sweet and kind to me. I would recommend these ladies to anyone... thank you Julie and katie!!!

I had to file bankruptcy. I was scared. My mother had screwed my credit behind my back. (A whole different court case there.) Any way, Katie, made it easy, and so much easier to understand what was going on and kept me in the loop the whole process. I cant stop raving about her to my friends and co workers. I highly recommend her.

Honestly a very good attorney!!!!

Worst lawyer I’ve ever seen. She knows none of the laws. She gives very bad advice. I told her what would happen and she promised me that it would not. Here I am 1 month later and I was right and she was wrong. Maybe I should give her some lessons.

Katie did a fabulous job for us! Her communication is top notch, and she made herself available whenever we needed her to. She isn't afraid to communicate outside of regular business hours. She made a very nerve-wracking experience very easy! HIGHLY recommended!!!
