Couldn't have asked for a better experience or outcome. Kristen and Joy represented me in a bike accident case. They secured a great settlement and made the defendant change the practice that led to my injury!

Very Nice Interaction. However pulled out of the agreement seemingly out of nowhere and left me hanging. Had to ask lots of followup to clarify and I feel like this could have been discussed before they just dropped it. Made me feel like they didn't believe me. However I appreciate the second look they gave my issue but the outcome was not any different than the other attorneys I contacted. Unfortunately corporations that also have to follow laws in Oregon seem to get away with hurting people and the poor person that gets hurt has no remedies if one is depending on pro bono lawyers.
