04/03/203,Judge Ellen Randle, Attorney Christopher Johnson is involved in an elder fraud and scam of the fraudlent Estate of Parris Peco-Howard: 22P0640, petition by James Charles Voltz and Christopher Walker. Parris Howard was a victim of homicide by James Voltz.

I used Tanya Moriarty, on a custody matter. The first lawyer I went to for consultation had me in tears. Glad I called Tanya’s office for second opinion, she was more than helpful in this situation. Highly recommended!

Attorney Tanya Moriarty is the absolute WORST and rudest attorney you could get. She did not inform me of things I needed to do, did not get back to me when I had questions, was not on top of things, and was just awful. If you want an attorney that is going to keep you informed as to what’s going on, and actually do their job well…Motiarty is NOT the one. She will just take your money and waste your time and be extremely rude to you when you’re trying to find out what’s going on with your case. I can’t express enough how terrible this woman is. Wish I could give negative stars on this because she was that bad. Don’t waste your time.

I had attorney Moriarty do a custody case for my daughter and honestly she is pricey but definitely worth every penny. Custody cases aren’t cheap you can’t get a court appointed if you wanna wait upwards of 3 months to get representation but I chose to hire a private attorney and she has done great! Got custody of my daughter back within 3 months of her being taken away by dcf and she has really worked hard on my case! She doesn’t call often only when she needs to and has listened to everything I’ve told her! I 100% would recommend her to anyone who needs an attorney for a custody case she’s the best in this area! Very professional and does a great job. If I ever have a run in with Dcf again I’ll be coming back!

Do not use this law firm. They took my money and did absolutely nothing. The lawyer I met with and told my story too was not the one who even showed up to court the day I needed them. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. It was a waste of money. The lawyer who went to court for me called me and got mad at me for something I couldn't control and hung up on me. DO NOT GO TO THEM
