Johnson, Scruggs & Barfield

This person wronged me in court, he lied to me, saying that because of my car accident I would only get probation, and on the day of my third court hearing he recommended that I plead guilty and that I would get 9 months, and he lied to me, they gave me 3 years. Thanks to him my life changed because after my sentence ended I was deported.

First mr Johnson hardly responds when text. Then when he goes to court he will try to figure out the easiest way for him to get out as quick as possible. He does absolutely nothing but repeat what the judge or anybody else says. He didn’t even know how to do the paperwork. Completely inept and useless. Save your money and go to a different firm!

Mr. Johnson is a waste of money. He does not advocate on your behalf and is just there to make things easiest on himself.

JP Barfield is awesome! He managed to double my settlement and helped me catch up on alot of bills that I fell behind on from the accident. He's the first person I'll call if it ever happens again!

I was told on the phone that Mr. Barfield is accepting Legal plan from my employer. However, after I arrived in the office he denied accepting the insurance. Not kind to let me drive all the way to Nashville in heavy traffic!
