Very helpful to civil pro Bono caseload.
Dave won a very tough case against the United State Postal Service. My experience with Mr. Webbert and his firm has been extremely great. Mr. Webbert, Valerie Wicks, and the entire firm responded in a very quick time frame. I am very greatly appreciative for them totaly believing in me at my worst time in my life and I am so every grateful the legal case is finally over. This has been a very long road and i would very highly reccomend Mr. Webbert's law firm because they have a heart and they really care.
David Webbert is an excellent attorney and provided comprehensive, practical and effective advice and counsel. He was responsive to my legal needs, concerned about my situation and offered appropriate and successful avenues of action.
Mr. David Webbert is an excellent lawyer. He is patient, very professional, and always willing to answer questions. Mr. Webbert keeps you in the loop and explains in terms you can understand. He is a top flight lawyer, certainly worthy of the highest possible rating. Yale and Harvard were fortunate to have him earn his degrees and you will be pleased if you choose Mr. Webbert to represent you. Look no further, you have found the best of the best!
Simple words seem inadequate to describe my experience. This firm/team was professional, effective and on point throughout the entire process. Val is a true class act! Her communication/responses were never rushed, forced or treated as though they were a simple "check the box" transaction. A pleasure to work with during a time when the stress was high and the process lengthy. Val, you are a rockstar!!
One doesn’t think much about employment attorneys until you need one. Although I would rather have avoided the need altogether, I am extremely grateful that I found my way to Carol Garvan of Johnson, Webbert & Garvan. When I reached out, the firm did a good job of quickly assessing my needs and connecting me with Carol. From there on, every interaction was incredibly positive – she was very responsive when I reached out with questions, patient (when I know I asked the same question multiple times), and attentive overall. In my mind, the experience of working with a lawyer in this situation was exactly as it should have been, and I felt much more secure knowing I had someone watching out for my interests. I felt as though I really had someone who listened to me and who advocated for me, not just someone who wanted fees. I highly recommend Carol if you find yourself in the unexpected situation of needing an employment attorney.
No good!
I can honestly attest that David Webbert and this law firm are the TEAM you need to tip the scales of justice on your side. David’s compassion for the law and those he represents are unblemished.
Wasn't here, ???
A great fully staffed and full service law firm in Augusta.
I called David, and spoke to his paralegal on a Friday. She took my personal info, and the names of the defendants, and no case details, and said she would call me back the following week with an answer. Seven days later, I called as I had not heard back, and nobody had any info. Then on the following Wednesday, I called again, 12 days after the first call, and was told he sent me a letter and an e-mail, neither of which I received, stating he declined the case, based upon his case load, which was crap, since I was wanting to join a law suit he was already engaged in, against the same defendant, for the same thing, and I had hard evidence of the very same thing his first plaintiff was suing for. Evidence of other wrongs, and the same thing, Me. rule 404 B. He never assessed the case based upon the merits of the evidence in the case, since he never even saw any of the evidence, and only made his decision based upon who he thought I was, since that's the only info I gave him, other than the names of the defendants. Typical Maine, good ole boy wink and nod crap!! And he refused to even talk to me on the phone, to tell me himself!! He had his paralegal do his dirty work for him!
