Johnstone Law Office

Attorney Johnstone came very highly recommended to me. He was diligent and very well informed of the way we need to go about my case. And I feel because of his knowledge and the way he represented my case, that is the reason we got the positive decision from the hearing officer.

I hired Atty Johnstone because he only does workers comp claims and his office is located across the street from the Dept of Labor. What more could one ask for? He has to be near the Dept of Labor as he must have many hearings, I thought so convenient. Well, it took me a little over a year to realize he was misrepresenting me, was unprepared for two hearings; one which was in 3 weeks. I had the feeling I was going to lose my 2nd hearing until I found a fabulous w/comp attorney who took over my case, worked diligently to make sure he was prepared, unlike Atty Johnstone. I discharged Atty Johnstone, had to postpone my hearing, but ultimately won due to my new Atty taking over the case and making sure we were well prepared.
