The appointment was initially set for 4:00 PM on September 8th. Then, around 6:00 PM, the intake representative, Catalina, rescheduled it for the following day at 2:30 PM. The next day, she called again at 1:00 PM to say the attorney was driving to the office and asked to move it to 3:30 PM. I agreed, only for the attorney not to show up at all—no apologies, no explanation. Ask yourself, would you want someone representing you who treats clients that way? No help at all. Reached out to this firm almost a month ago to represent me for a home insurance claim. Gave me the run around. Then the intaker I had been communicating with for weeks was all of a sudden was unable to reach. Come to find out she no longer works there. I would have never known if I hadn’t called. The other intaker who called me to inform me of this told me he was going to forward my info to the attorney. Never heard anything back.
