Working with Jon was a great experience. My case was complex..and i’ll admit, I gave him a run for his money😄..but he was very patient with me and understanding. Communication was always on point. Explained the process(es) very thoroughly..which I appreciate very much so. Always answered my calls and emails..Professionalism 10/10. He won my case for me too. Jon has helped me more then once with my workers compensation claims. He puts all hands in and gets results in a timely matter. When the case is a little more difficult he is always on top of things and gets things done. I had the same experience as many have mentioned. He was impossible to get a hold. I left many messages and sent many emails and nothing... He was very responsive in the beginning, but then it was like he forgot about me. I ended up having to settle for barely anything because he dropped the ball. My guess is that he prioritizes cases by which ever will make him the most money. He does not seem to care about his clients. I would be very hesitant to hire this attorney.

I can't believe Jon has ANY good reviews. As stated from others, he's impossible to get ahold of and his office is a joke. All he did was delay my claim. He no showed (and didn't even call to cancel) for THREE APPOINTMENTS WE HAD SCHEDULED and when I addressed him about how upset I was he said that I need to find another attorney!!! But didn't transfer my file for over a year after multiple requests from my new attorney's office. Save yourself the stress!

Jon won our case against a very large corporation and their many lawyers and a doctor they hired too. Jon's knowledge and passion gave us peace that our case was in good hands. So glad I hired Jon to walk me through this process. It was stressful for me so having him to guide me through the process took a huge weight off my shoulders. If I'm ever in the position again I would hire him again.

It was hard to get a hold of him both by phone and email. He resigned from my case an hour before my hearing with no explanation. Luckily the judge postponed the hearing. He would claim he called and couldnt get through. There was never any message from him.

This guy botched my work comp case, dragged things out. He couldn't get anything together. Completely incompetent. I had to request my file and never got all of it. I was never able to return to work and have limitations. Don't waste your time with him.

Did a great job handling my workers comp case

Jon took my case after 2 other lawyers proved themselves incapable. Within 90 days my SSD was approved by a Judge. Never had a better Lawyer and I Highly recommend him.
