Reassuring me, and making sure I was comfortable after a horrible wreck. Without them, for one, I would not have gotten compensated so very quickly and efficiently for the wreck I was in. I would recommend this law firm to anyone who has been injured. When I was in a car wreck on New Years Eve my world was turned upside down as I had to go through multiple surgeries and what seemed like endless therapy. The guy who hit me was drunk and his insurance company made me what I thought was an "ok" offer. I tried to handle that myself as I thought getting a lawyer would be troublesome and they would take most of my settlement as the insurance company told me. Boy was I wrong. A friend who had a similar experience years ago told me I had to call Jonap. I'm glad I did. Not only what the weight lifted from shoulders in terms of settling my case, as they took care of everything and all I did was have yo worry about getting myself better, but they got me a quick settlement of about 15x (yea, 15 times more) than the insurance company had offered me. During this whole time, Mr. Jonap and his staff were awesome! They made me feel like family (not just a number) and were always responsive and keeping me updated. And the result was amazing!!! I would go nowhere else but Mr. Jonap and his team if you need them. They were a true blessing!!!!

I can honestly say that my personal experience with this firm was unsatisfactory. I was not happy with quality of the legal advice and had dozens of experiences where calls were not returned. The office staff was friendly, but results were not what was described at all. My experience with this firm led me to believe they are unprofessional.
