This is the truth: If I could give 0 stars, I would. Brandi was unprofessional throughout the duration of my divorce. My case was an easy uncontested divorce and she drug it out to take 1 year instead of 90 days. She did not negotiate at all so I ended up settling without things. My case was a domestic violence case and Brandi was not sympathetic or in any rush to help me. I had to reach out to her every time in order to get updates about my case. She tried arguing with me numerous times about changing my case to a contested case which was completely unnecessary. I had to do Brandi’s job for her and yet she charged me over $1,300 and then added over $300 more to it. I was sent an email in all capital letters to pay the invoice even though it was not overdue or close to being overdue. Very unprofessional establishment all around. They only made this a more miserable experience and I could tell they only cared about getting more money from me. I had to settle without MY DOG because Brandi wouldn’t negotiate with my ex husband.

If you’re a survivor of domestic violence, I recommend looking for a different attorney or law firm with stronger trauma-informed experience. I did not feel supported or adequately represented in my case, and communication was often lacking. I wish I had chosen someone who truly understood the protections available under Tennessee law for victims of abuse.

My daughters lost their father this year at only 53 years old, and Ms. Tackett was so very informative and compassionate towards my youngest daughter to assist with his Estate. She is an amazing lady that help my 22 year old daughter feel at ease about the whole process. We need more attorneys like her to go above and beyond helping their clients get through a very stressful time in their lives while still healing from such a devastating loss. Thank you Ms. Tackett for all you've done.

It’s never really fun dealing with legal issues, but Brandi and her team were outstanding from start to finish. Their communication was excellent, and they made the entire process as simple and stress-free as possible. I only wish I had found them years ago. Brandi and her whole team were great to work with! If you want a team to have your best interests in mind… retain them! The speed with which they work and the knowledge they possess is stellar. They listen to you, give great advice and are patient enough to explain things clearly for you (especially when you are fearful and don’t understand the processes). They will put your mind at ease. I hired Brandy Jones to settle my divorce a few years ago. She was thorough and walked me through the process, which worked out in my favor. This has to be the worst unprofessional law firm in Springfield, This law firm handled my father's estate. I had also hired an attorney to represent me and speak on my behalf. We could not get any communication or updates from Amy Green to me or my attorney, even with consistent emails or phone calls! I was not given complete and truthful disclosure of my father's estate. My sister intentionally hid assets, sold property and I also informed The firm representing my dad's estate with no response. . It has been over a year and I still have no closure. Would I recommend this law firm absolutely not!

Personable and presented in a clear way.

Brandi was excellent to work with in our case. We felt confident from the first time we met with her. The office is very comfortable, modern, and bright. When we complimented the office the first time we met her, her response was “usually when people are here it isn’t always for a good reason, so we want them to feel comfortable”. It meant a lot. She knew we were going in with heavy hearts and she provided us an atmosphere that felt safe. When the case was finished and we sat in her office for the last time, it was bitter sweet. Brandi was fabulous and she got our family on the other side. We couldn’t have done it without her.
