In the case of Attorney Jones being a Court appointed attorney, my opinion  would be just say NO and promptly get a new Court appointed attorney. Attorney Jones either doesn't have the experience or appears to just go through the motions to do the bare minimum for a Court appointed client in an unimportant case for him. Having a background in law, I knew what was up and was aware of similar cases. He refused to listen to regarding what could have possibly be done (he said he wouldn't even try) and was rude about it. It was almost like he talks down to a client because he's an attorney and they're not. Attorney Jones was also very non responsive with communication. The day he withdrew from my case he was very arrogant towards me and then continued his attitude towards the Judge (By the way Attorney Jones, I was right and you were wrong...)
