We reside a long way outside of Florida, and when I was hit by a car while visiting Miami, I was told I needed to have an attorney from the area. As a retired veterinarian, I understood the details of my injuries better than most patients, but the legal and insurance issues were an entirely different matter. My case was lengthy and too complicated for us to proceed on our own. We needed an advocate who understood the legal process, various insurance concerns, and sensitive medical billing issues. I was surprised at the positive results Scott was able to achieve through his tireless advocacy and expertise. There was always plenty of communication and sharing of documents through email. I was also impressed that when I called, I almost always spoke directly to Scott Jontiff himself and if he was not available, he returned my calls promptly!
