I had a terrible experience with them. The client service is bad, I went through 3 different people working on my claim (i had to explain everything to all 3 people and resubmit my paperwork over again which was extremely annoying) and the very first time I spoke to the lawyer he had a really bad attitude and when I told him I will work with another lawyer he was nonchalant and pompous as if he did not care. They take a very long time responding to your needs pertaining to your case. I do not recommend them if you want to win your case and if you want professional great client service.

Great experience. If you are looking to try and attempt filling for SSI Disability. Save yourself the headache. Make the call to Jorgensen law and let them do what they do so well.

Candace was amazing and did a perfect job. Very good at her job and extremely knowledgeable. It's been some time since my first review and I have been dealing with derrick. Derrick is excellent!! I wish I would have came to Jorgensen Law sooner. When I reached out to them I knew that I was in good hands. If there was a way to give negative stars, I would. The entire office is incompetent. My friend who won his SSDI case agrees with me on this! My appeal was denied in March ‘22 and I called to inform my attorney. He told me to wait for the letter from the judge. I called multiple times and was told to “just wait for the letter.” Finally, 1year after my appeal, the letter was sent to my attorney. They advised me that since I didn’t appeal the decision within 60 days of the letter, 3/16/22, I would have to start all over!! The letter was sent on 10/5/22!! How could I appeal if I didn’t have the letter?!?! I went to my local SAA office and was told that I was given incorrect information and had every right to submit my appeal because SSA made the mistake of not sending the letter to me nor to my attorney. Jorgenson Law closed my case and refuses to accept my calls. If I call from my phone they don’t answer, if I call from my friends phone they answer, yet refuse to let me talk to Christian, my attorney. Do yourself a favor and have a kindergartner file your SSDI claim, they are more competent than this group.

This organization did nothing for us except leave us hanging for months without any type of communication let alone guidance, provided unacceptable and irreversible financial advice and finger pointing now that the appeal was denied. We feel as if we are once again traumatized and are devastated that we trusted what turned out to be nothing more than a sales pitch designed to monetize from someone else's traumatic experience. I now feel I understand why some lawyers are referred to as ambulance chasers. - Mrs. Reed Our case began in January. Candace didn't reach out until AFTER the damage was done in June. Don't think I'm fooled for one moment by the continuation of the ineptitude demonstrated by Jorgenson staff. Why would anyone continue to do business with a firm that failed the first time? Is it because you don't get paid unless the case is dragged out long enough for your "clients/victims" to have enough SS to pay for services? Was that the reason for Candace's hard sell to sign up for benefits before it was the right time for us? You have my phone number, home and email address. waiting on my case to be done i had heart surgery they double patch my heart it was a complicated surgery but im still alive so im waiting for my case to be solved hopefully it ends agust 10
