Be careful paying this lawyer. I hired him to renew my work permit, and the paralegal at his office filled out the paperwork correctly. It seemed like someone who lacked knowledge. How could a lawyer of this caliber not check it before sending it to the immigration department? The immigration department rejected my application and returned the paperwork to me so I could request a refund from this lawyer. To this day, he has flatly refused to return the money I paid him. This lawyer's ingenuity was key. I could lose my money now, but I hope others will consider hiring him. This isn't right for people who work hard and save up to pay for a lawyer for each case, only to have lawyers like this who defraud people.

They charge 1500 just to go sit and talk with the person detained by ICE. Nothing else was done. They want 10000 more to begin any kind of paperwork and nothing is guaranteed. They also suck at communicating with the people who waiting for any kind of answers, but they will keep calling you when it's time to pay up It is really upsetting to see lawyers take advantage of those who need help in these terrible times. And they are Latinos, just like us. Shame on you and your whole law firm.
If I could give them zero stars I would. You have to contact them OFTEN to see if your case has changed or if there has been any updates. Permits/documents that are approved can be sitting on their desk for months without you even knowing unless you call to check on the status of your case. GO somewhere else for legal advise.
Good Lawyers!
Horrible service. No type of contact whatsoever during these troubling times. No proper communication & as a paying customer it’s ridiculous to be left in the dark.
I highly recommend lawyer Jose Jordan; he is very professional along with his entire team.
The best law firm straight forward.he doesn’t go around the bushes.
Nobody ever picks up the phone and spends most of his time working on his radio stuff. Don’t recommend
Unfortunately, we are receiving a lot call. All established immigration law firms in the past few weeks have due to all of the ICE raids and detentions. Hope you find a good immigration attorney that isn't busy.
I would like to begin by expressing my profound gratitude for God's guidance in leading us to Jose Jordan and his team. Through their unwavering support, we have achieved a significant milestone. Today, I am pleased to announce that my husband, I-245, has been approved for his immigration application. This news has been long awaited, and we are deeply appreciative of Jose Jordan's unwavering dedication to our case . Jose Jordan and his team have consistently demonstrated exceptional professionalism and expertise. Their assistance in my stepdaughter's case in 2020 and my husband's case in 2024 has been invaluable. Jose Jordan's character is truly remarkable. He possesses an honest, well-mannered, and brilliant demeanor. His warm and compassionate nature is evident from the initial consultation. Jose Jordan's paralegal,Alma has also been an asset to his team. Her extensive knowledge of immigration laws and her availability 24/7 during the critical phase of our case have been invaluable. She was truly amazing from day one . I would recommend her 100 percent . Carlos, another paralegal, has provided exceptional support and professionalism. I highly recommend Jose Jordan for your immigration needs. His unwavering commitment to excellence and his ability to provide personalized service will ensure a smooth and successful immigration process. 5 stars all the way he is worth it !!!!
Trash. They never answer and are not helpful at all.
Expense lawyer just be a joke
DO NOT come here! They scammed me and drained all of my money on my account after giving them my card information to pay for a $75 over the phone consultation. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!
Liz, please call our office. There must be some confusion here. We’re a law firm in the United States not some out of the country website selling trinkets. I called and left you a voicemail.
It’s nothing short of disturbing that Jose Jordan continues to manipulate his audience on his Spanish-language radio show, peddling the myth of amnesty as if it were a political certainty. For years now, he’s made a lucrative business out of selling hope, false hope, that is. Listening to his show, you’d think a sweeping, miraculous amnesty was around the corner, just waiting to relieve millions of families from their plight. Yet here we are, years into this presidency, and it has yielded nothing but vague promises, confusion, and an overwhelming humanitarian crisis. J.Jordan seems more interested in profiting off his listeners’ desperation than actually providing clear, honest guidance. Worse still, he rarely addresses the dangers and challenges that have come with this open-border approach. Countless people crossing unvetted and unchecked is a recipe for disaster, not only for public safety but for the very people trying to find refuge in a broken system. But that doesn’t stop Jose Jordan from spinning his web of “just wait a little longer” assurances. He speaks as though Washington’s hand is reaching out, ready to deliver amnesty any day now, but his words are hollow, empty promises designed to keep people tuning in, holding on, and paying for consultations that lead nowhere. It’s clear Jose Jordan lacks the integrity that any good attorney or advocate should have. He’s not helping; he’s exploiting. His show is a thinly veiled sales pitch, feeding off people’s hopes while knowing full well that the promises he implies are unlikely, if not impossible. This is not advocacy; it’s manipulation, and it’s downright shameful. A responsible attorney would counsel his audience honestly about the limitations and uncertainties of the immigration process, not pander to their fears and dreams just to fill his own pockets. In short, Jordan's radio show is a deeply unethical venture that preys on the most vulnerable, those who want nothing more than a safe, legal path to a better life. He should be ashamed, but unfortunately, it seems his moral compass has long since abandoned him. Now, the new Administration will carry out a massive deportation operation, yet Jose will never blame the Democrats for such disaster.
Not a good service wast of time and money and still wanted more money and nothing was done.
A friend is asking me what type of application he is using to process my immigration case. He is also consulting lawyers to help him with the residency process. Just like me, send me a message to give him your information. If you can, send me a text message to my cell phone or, if you like, call me on a Monday after 6:30 PM.
I DOCTOR WHO HAD ???????CRIMES IN MY COUNTRY What a bad experience I had trusting this man who claims to be a lawyer, I really do not recommend him, basically they take your money and then tell you that they cannot fix you and when you ask them for the money back, they do not give it to you because they say that they already made documents and wasted their time when they do nothing
Give me authorization to talk about your case and I will be glad to respond to this and all of the other reviews you are leaving. Until then, read the contract that you signed when you started the process and you’ll see that all we are doing is charging for the work we did. To which you agreed to from the very beginning.

Speaking generally, criminal records can affect immigration cases and especially when you don’t tell your attorney about them. Honestly is always the best policy, particularly with your attorney. This will always save everyone involved time and money.

God bless
He promised my husband he could fix it and in the end he just took his money 😒
Generally, criminal records have immigration consequences. People should always make sure to be HONEST with their attorneys FROM THE BEGINNING. Fingerprints show all crimes that someone may have.
