I cannot say enough about Joe, when I’m in need he has saved my ass. When I thought things could not be worse his hard work and determination pulled me through! I have had other representation and things never went smoothly. I use Joe exclusively and I don’t recommend somebody if I’m not 100% sure they are the real deal. If you are in a bind call Joe!

15 Months in Jail... Said he'd help, but has done the bare minimum. We've had multiple court dates that keep getting put off. He's too busy to help his client. Communication is very poor. He rarely speaks to his client who is stuck waiting in jail. He rarely responds to the family who are looking for answers. Public defense shouldn't be so hard for those without money. It's a real shame that money speaks louder than justice these days. I'm sure if we had money, we'd hear back. Made a plea deal. Been waiting weeks to get it signed by my brother in jail. Alamilla said Purgatory isn't working with him. We asked for a copy of the plea deal. We, my brothers family, got it signed and returned within 24 hours. This has been frustrating for our whole family. I can't imagine the frustration for those incarcerated. My brother has been so restless. It will just be nice to get this done. Could we have gotten a better deal? Perhaps. But when someone sits in jail for over a year, they get pretty desperate to sign a deal and get out. Our system is broken!

Joseph is without a doubt one of the most professional attorneys in the state. He took on my girlfriends case in early 2020 and she paid him up front. After almost 2 and a half years he has never asked her to pay any additional costs. Joseph was successful in getting her case dismissed by being unyielding in his belief in her innocents of the charges. He would not be forced into a plea agreement by the prosecutor no matter who hard they tried. He also assisted her with clearing her records and provided as an attorney to see they receive fair treatment under the law. UPDATE MARCH 2025 Joseph worked hard as well as his office staff in get an expungement of her records that took a lot of work after the case was dropped but he didn't budget and got the prosecutor to agree the record should be cleared. He's a true super star in the legal field.

As a foreigner in this country, law service is always different to me, not only the court details but also the loneliness of the process. Joe is so professional and responsible for being on the top of my case, I believe he did and will do the same thing to all clients. He listened to my requests, and was patient to handle my case even there were many hard times.
