Very Rude and Dismissive representative that answers phone States on the website what type of cases he works with and then she tells me that I must read it wrong cause he doesn’t work with them type cases, but it literally lists it

I spoke to a gentleman that was very rude. I simply asked if I can get a lawsuit for receiving the wrong medication he replied with : oh there was no injuries I can’t help you , take the medication back and get a new one. He said it so rued and rushed me off the phone. I was just trying to hold the company accountable for giving me the wrong medication but it seemed like he wanted to make me feel bad about it. I extremely do not recommend this company. You can be a great lawyer but the way you treat another human being is more important.

The secretary was the rudest person I have ever talked to in my life. Would not listen to anything I had to say, immediately started yelling at me. I called back to speak to the manager and she said she was the manage. I have never experienced this in my life from any business. I am going to pray for her cause she needs it!

This man is a cowardly lawyer. he refuses to listen to his clients and their wishes. When the clients wants to proceed one way he will try to ignore them and take another route to benefit himself. He will continually hang up and then become unresponsive. There are so many good lawyers who actually care about their clients, don’t make the same mistake I did.
