Not enough explanation on why you waiting and overall just lack of information.

The close on my house got done, but I felt I was an afterthought, and there were many sleepless nights and extra expenses that ended up happening unnecessarily because I did not feel properly advised. He handled the closing fine on closing day, but the six weeks before felt like pulling teeth to get any answers. Several attempts to reach him would result in no response or a one sentence response. I realize that this may not have been a big deal for him financially, but it was for me and it was frustrating that he either didn't seem to understand that or frankly care about that. I would not recommend him.

Took two weeks to get in contact with him. He never called me back, it was me chasing him. . Did not want to hear the issue, just heard a piece of the issue then cut me off. . Asked me to be quite when I tried to explain the issue I am having. When he gave me his advise. I tried telling him I was told that was not feasible by the city but he hung up on me before I finished my sentence.
