I had a nasty experience with Mr McGovern. He has his secretary handle everything, even legally. He just does what he wants and shows up for court. His secretary also has quite the attitude. I sat with her for two hours discussing my unemployment case with his secretary and she wouldn't let me speak with Mr. McGovern at all. He walked into the room one time and didn't acknowledge my existence or introduce himself for that matter. If I'm going to spend hundreds of dollars on a lawyer, I at least want him/her to treat their clients with respect and ACKNOWLEDGEMENT! I did NOT end up following up with Mr. McGovern and I would never recommend him to anyone.
