I met Joe and Neil back in the 90's, almost 30 years ago. If you have found living in NYC has been dangerous to you like I have, and need a great law firm, then go with these guys. I have used their services for 3 or 4 cases and find them to be: responsive, kind, and smart. And aggressive when they to be. The experiences I've had with them have been pleasant. I hired Mullen for my uncles injury, due to a previous attorneys inability to process and move the case along. Joseph Mullen was able to identify several cases with similar fact patterns that were approved by the courts that resulted in a judgment which fairly compensated my uncle for his injuries, missed earning power, and future physical limitations that robbed him of meaningful memories with his grandchildren. He was sympathetic with us but a complete pitbull dealing with an unscrupulous opposing counsel and their amoral clients. He identified a clear path moving from judgment to asset identification and recovery. It was a tiresome process but Joe was the right attorney to help my family through it.
