This law firm is very unprofessional. Mr.Ginn took my initial call and told me to send over confirmation # from my legal insurance provider, which I did. I tried calling for going on 2 weeks now, even leaving voice messages to get my case started. Rather than just telling me they don’t want to accept my case. They never called me back or answered none of my calls.
