Called to ask if Josh put correct email on a summons and was very rudely spoken with by someone who answered the phone refused to say who she was or where she worked. I informed her I sent an email and was trying to find out if he was going to respond before the end of the weekend or if he was out instead she kept wanting all my personal information even though i kept telling her i wasnt comfortable giving it out. Then very rudely after she made me tell her something vague about it she told me he is out of the office and she didnt know when he would return. How is that ok? Since im not an attorney I cant speak to one thats suing me or know how to contact him?
