Anthony Bittner managed my traffic violation case very professionally and effectively to yield a case dismissal. He educated this "non-lawyer" client in how to present his side of the story in the most positive light. He was extraordinarily generous with his time to assure that I understood what was necessary to assure the best possible outcome. After then prepping me for possibly testifying - and thereby knowing exactly what I would say - he then was able to reach a very favorable resolution to the matter (a dismissal) through negotiations with the police officers involved - in my case without requiring my testifying in court. If you are willing to take direction, instructions, and guidance from an exceptionally knowledgeable attorney I would highly recommend Anthony. He was Five Star all the way in my book!

Besides, being a lawyer, personally he is a very humble and kind person. I give his law firm 5 star.

Both Mr. Joyce and Mr. Bittner were very knowledgeable and very helpful in helping me with a traffic citation involving a school bus. This was my first (and hopefully last) time dealing with something as serious as this but they both prepared me for what to expect and how to best handle the situation. Had it not been for them I’m pretty confident I wouldn’t have had the citation reduced. I would highly recommend working with them and without hesitation would work with them again.

Anthony took my case, which was a traffic ticket for speeding out in Pittsburgh, PA (but live near Philadelphia). I had not had a ticket in 10 years, and the police set up a speed trap in an area that I rarely drive (didn't know the speed limit). The cop was not friendly at all and didn't give me much information on the "points" system the state of PA assesses. Anthony took the time to explain the situation and also requested that I complete a driving course. He felt being armed with a completed driving course and a great record, that he could get the ticket dismissed! And he was right! Thank you so much for your effort Anthony! Great work! Anthony Bittner represented me in court for “Passing a School Bus: Sec. 3345 Sub Sec. A.” I was on a partially divided four lane highway in the far right lane, school bus in far right lane of oncoming traffic (not divided where the incident occurred). Thought that I could proceed safely since it was divided just ahead. This ticket includes a $396 fine, 5 pts on license, and 60 day license suspension. Mr. Bittner was able to get it down to a 3111 “failure to obey traffic signals” carrying no points or suspension. He was a pleasure to work with and is very familiar with many court rooms and judges in Pittsburgh. I would highly recommend his services!

Honest, caring and professional. Facing several months of incarceration, it was nice having someone on my side. In a busy, populated place like Allegheny County, I feel it might be easy for the courts and judges to become somewhat robotic in the way they respond to those placed before them for sentencing. Though I was facing a combination of mandatory sentences, Joyce & Bittner helped me through "damage control mode". Excellent service. I had been pulled over for DUI related suspension for 2nd time. I was looking at an additional 2yr suspension and possible jail time but Anthony got it reduced down to a D.C. Not jail time or suspension on my record. Definitely recommend!
