After my car accident, I had no idea what to do. I felt like this firm (I worked with Jamal but others really helped as well) helped me navigate next steps. I was able to get directed to medical providers if needed and used providers such as the chiropractor I was already using. To be honest, I expected to feel pressured or feel overwhelmed and confused, but the forum to ask questions was there. We had zoom calls specifically for me to ask questions.
