JT Law Firm dealt with my home owners insurance company to get me money for a new roof. And they recovered the maximum possible amount I could receive. I never had to deal with the insurance company myself. The team of lawyers would occasionally send me documents to sign or ask me for a screenshot of something. Other than that, they took care of everything. It was a long process (over a year), and they stuck by me the whole time. They were kind, professional, and they communicated with me exactly as much as was necessary. In my opinion, they were worth every penny of their fee. Would definitely recommend.

Be super careful with this law firm. Do all of your homework ask all the questions before dealing with any lawyers but with them make sure you do your homework twice. Hold them accountable. They got me money. Not what we deserve, took for ever, communication with John was good but overall experience was horrible.

Persistent and was able to help us recoup our funds from our insurance company who did not want to pay for our storm damaged roof after a storm. It took two years, but they finally settled.
