I own multiple rental properties in the Iowa City area and manage them myself. I’ve dealt with my share of evictions in the past but recently I enlisted the professional legal services of Julian West. I was in a little bit of a time crunch but was able to set up a consultation with him almost immediately. He was great to work with. He was efficient and explained everything in detail.
