I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Julie is amazing and incredibly helpful. My partner and I had some serious damage occur to a house we were renting (natural disaster), and the landlord was not being considerate or understanding. Julie helped us identify some Colorado laws in place to protect renters in these types of situations, and helped us get out of our lease due to the property not being habitable, and even helped us get deposit money refunded (rather than having to pay the landlord as they originally claimed we had to). Julie helped us with exactly what to say, especially when the landlord brought in their attorney. Connecting with Julie was worth everything. We learned our rights as tenants and know how to prevent landlords from trying to take advantage of us, which has saved us several thousands of dollars even just in this one situation.
