We strongly disagree with this review and believe it misrepresents both the facts and our firm’s conduct.<br><br>First, this was a contingency-fee personal injury matter. The client paid our firm no money whatsoever, at any point. Suggesting that representation depended on having “a lot of money” is categorically false.<br><br>Second, the claim that the attorney “never spoke” with the client is untrue. The attorney communicated with the client on multiple occasions. In addition, the client was offered additional calls directly with the attorney, which were declined. At one point, our staff was explicitly told derogatory statements making further communication difficult despite continued efforts to move the case forward.<br><br>Third, the client missed a scheduled appointment, despite repeated reminders. When the client later became upset about the time it took to reschedule, we nevertheless accommodated him as promptly as possible. He then demanded an investigative report immediately, despite being clearly informed—both verbally and in writing—that such reports routinely take up to eight weeks to obtain. The report was, in fact, received within that stated timeframe.<br><br>We take client communication and case progress seriously and maintain detailed records of all outreach, reminders, and updates. While we understand that injuries and legal processes can be frustrating, delays caused by missed appointments, external reporting timelines, or hostile interactions should not be mischaracterized as neglect or indifference.<br><br>We stand by the work performed on this matter and by our commitment to treating clients with professionalism and respect.
