I was introduced to Jurisr Law Group through their FaceBook ad for a workshop on financial planing. I am so glad I went. The information on estate planning was truly eye opening. I decided to make a consultation appointment with Shane.During that appointment, because of Shane, I now have documents that will protect my finances once I pass away. To the point, I highly rec Jurist Law Group. for anything dealing with property and money. They are amazing. I’m so grateful that I found them. 10:10
Rude receptionist that answered the phone and very quickly let me know this firm has no interest in Justice. Just how much money they can make. Not unusual for lawyers I guess. More reinforcement of my lack of faith in our judicial system. Your response isn’t exactly honest. The money wasn’t associated with probate and there was nothing polite about the person who answered the phone.
I’m sorry you were disappointed in your inquiry. You asked us to represent you in a matter that you said you were to receive $1,200 through a probate proceeding. There appears to be no conflict with the distribution. We don’t pursue litigation for the sake of it. Please note, we don’t practice probate litigation in most cases and limit our practice to probate administration. We politely declined to represent you. Good luck in your search, but be nice and a little less demanding. <br><br>If you would like a consultation, I would be happy to give you one.

I regret ever hiring Kimbro. Half way through the process he abandoned the case and pawned it on another lawyer. I had to drive over 16 hours to meet with him (live in florida) because he would not return phone calls. Kimbro seems to be quite incompetent when it comes to estate litigation but it didn't stop him from taking over $2500. My issue til this day still isn't resolved and now I have to start all over with a new lawyer. 1 out of 10 would DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND! UPDATE: Wow you guys really trying to make yourselves look like the good guys here. First off you didn't win something that my aunt dropped the case for. Secondly, I didn't drive 16 hours for my health. I drove to get ahold of Kimbro about why he was dodging my calls or emails and still after seeing him and still I got no answers or further help. My issue was not resolved, I asked if we could move forward with the Determination of Heirship and crickets. Say what you want, but I was treated with disrespect and dismissed. Thanks for the reply or so call 'clarification.' Good day.
I am terribly sorry you are not happy with us winning your case against the claim of adverse possession against your family's estate. Nearly 2 years ago, after we got the case dismissed against you, we advised you we could move forward with the Petition to Determine Heirship to establish your partial ownership to the property, but you did not engage us to do so. The $2,500 you paid us was a drop in the bucket for all the services we provided you to get the case dismissed. I'm sorry you didn't understand we won your case. If you need further clarification, please do not hesitate to contact me. I wish you the best. <br>RESPONSE TO UPDATE:<br>Ernie, I'm sorry you don't understand we won your case. The reason your aunt's attorney dismissed her claim for adverse possession was because of our good work. We had a pending motion for summary judgment that forced their hand and was about to be granted so they dismissed their own claim rather than suffer a judgment against them. She didn't drop her claim out of the kindness of her heart but because we had them dead to rights. Afterwards, I explained we could then move forward on the Petition for Heirship, but I remember you were concerned about the money . Best I recall, you were concerned that you would have to fund the endeavor by yourself but only get partial ownership because there were multiple heirs. I am still willing to handle your petition for heirship, if you like, but we will need a new engagement. The funds you previously paid us all went to successfully defend the adverse possession claim by your Aunt. And we did successfully defend it because they went away with their tails tucked between their legs. That was no small endeavor. Also, I did not abandon you. When we last spoke, I was given the impression you were hesitant to move forward on the heirship due to money concerns, and I never heard back from you. However, I am happy to discuss the matter further and will reach out to you next week after the holiday weekend. In the meantime, I wish you a happy 4th. Again, I'm sorry for any miscommunications between us.

We hired the Jurist Law Group to be the conservator of Clara Lang Estate. Our mother, a U.S. Navy veteran, passed away shortly after a stroke. The Jurist Law Group agreed to be conservator of her estate. The heirs lived outside the state of Arkansas which complicated matters, but Wanda Grace and Kimbro Stevens were up to the challenge. The Law Group managed the estate with expertise and professionalism. They managed the task of getting the family home on the market and other assets of the estate secured. The estate was distributed according to our mother’s last will and testament. Kimbro and Wanda Grace went way beyond our expectations in representing us and we are very grateful for their compassion, caring and excellent service during our time of need.
