When called for help person just hung up on me

I would seriously think twice before using these guys. My contact was Kurt and he told me approximately a week ago that the attorney was writing me a contract to take my case. After dealing with this firm for about 3 weeks, I get a nice email from Chad the attorney. He stated that they were not going to take my case and referred me to a law firm in Coral Gables down by Miami. I guess they didn't take geography when they were getting their law degree. My case is in Tampa and they completely wasted about 3 weeks of my time. If you got time to waste they might be a good firm.
