I can’t recommend Attorney Jwayyed enough. My incident happened on a Saturday night into Sunday morning, and I called him around 7 PM that Sunday. He answered right away and spent about 40 minutes on the phone with me, explaining everything and calming me down. One thing that stuck with me was him saying, “You’re in good hands and everything will work out.” Throughout the entire case he was always available, responsive, and professional. I am at CDL holder. I got cited for a accident when the other vehicle hit mine. My employer did not believe it and put me on leave, turning my world upside down. I was lucky to find JJ. Here’s how it happened. I’ll give you my story. I’ve never had so much emotion travel through me in my 48 years of my life. I drank too much but I lived and I worked and I cared for my children and I was good. But I drank too much. So I stopped. On August 15th I was traveling from Boston to the University of Cincinnati with my daughter’s belongings filled in my truck. I was meeting her there, bringing her stuff for her freshman move-in weekend. I hadn’t had a drink since mid-July. 12 hours into my drive, I stopped to get gas. I’m already exhausted traveling alone. Road hypnosis. But I did not want to disappoint my daughter. I wanted to get to Cincinnati that evening. I made a terrible decision. I was pulled over a couple hours after that gas station stop and was arrested for an OVI. Needless to say, I did not make it to the University of Cincinnati. My life quickly turned upside down. I had spiked my coffee to push me through the last four hours. God slapped me in the face. Now the emotions start. Fear! The biggest emotion that is driven by so many underlying emotions. Anxiety. Shame. Confusion. I was in holding for over two days and I couldn’t get word to the outside. It was difficult, just fueling and feeding my emotions. I worked hard to manage my inner self and prepare to make decisions that were coming. I am in a better place now. A much better place and I have to thank my Attorney for that. Life was very scary with a lot of unknowns. What JJ did for me, I am forever grateful. Because he not only knew the law, but he knew everyone in the system and with the people he could communicate effectively on my behalf. But most importantly, he calmed my nerves. He could speak in Layman's terms, but most importantly he understood who I was. That is extremely important in the court of law. He protected me. This has not been an easy road for me. I lost a lot in that terrible decision. I have a journal I write in. My journal is titled “Doing the Dishes." I’ve titled this because my plate is very full and I need to clean it up. One of the biggest pieces was this situation in Ohio. And thanks to my Attorney, JJ. I can clean my plate of this burden. He was always there when I had questions. And some of my questions were driven from my overloaded emotional state. But JJ was always calm, concise, and just what I needed in my corner. Everything happens for a reason I believe. Good and bad. The bad, you learn and do better. Life experiences, right?. The good, because you deserve it. I had some options on choosing an attorney, but something stopped me. Stopped my mind from turning and worrying. And I went with JJ. My intuition told me it was right. We all have to make good decisions, but when we mess up, it is a blessing to have the guidance from someone like JJ to pick you up and put you back on your feet. Today, I do not have an OVI on my record. I did not spend any more time in jail. I did not take any classes for the state or disrupt my life. I did not lose my license. He was so prompt that the state of Massachusetts didn't blink an eye. They know not and want not because of his work. JJ and I, under his guidance and professionalism, took care of my dirty dishes without affecting my children, my work, and ultimately my life. I am blessed and forever grateful.

I had a case for an ovi, and Jwayyed was my attorney. I was super nervous at first but he guided me through it all, help me understand all our options. A couple weeks later he let me know that he would be trying to drop my charges upon watching the camera footage. At the end of the case he ended up dropping it to an equipment violation. Most attorneys take your money & leave you out to dry, I can assure you this is most certainly not the case with Mr. JJ! I knew I was facing an uphill battle & quite frankly didn't know of a strategy we could possibly put forward. This man completely took me off guard with the angles he attacked from so I know it was unexpected by the prosecution (think Johnnie Cochran).
