Working with Kenneth Miller has been a pleasure, from start to finish. I was hit by a truck late last year and was worried about not only the immediate symptoms, but also any longer term health issues that might arise from the impact. In the first meeting, Kenneth listened intently to all the details of the accident and then made sure I was getting the proper care to ensure a full recovery. I received quality chiropractic and massage therapy for my arm and neck and continued until all pain was resolved and the full range of motion was restored. Throughout that time, he would periodically call to check on my progress, make sure I was feeling better and that no new issues were arising. I never had to make a single phone call to his office to get an update. Kennerh was diligent about all stages of the process, including dealing with the insurance company and the claim. If he made a request or demand and they did not respond in a timely manner, he would follow up and make sure the claim was moving along.
