Never had a lemon before, so this was uncharted territory for us. Kahn & Associates were great they helped to guide us thru this process and get a fair settlement for the problems we were having with our vehicle! Hope your vehicle is better than ours but if you need them Kahn & Associates are the best!!
Had a great experience with Kahn & associates they keep me well informed answering my questions quickly was very happy with the results I would recommend them
They were great from beginning to end. Explained how the process would work and delivered on all parts.
I had repeated issues and visits to the dealership with my 2025 Audi Q6 eTron. Frustrated with Audi, I contacted Kahn & Associates to help me with this lemon. Kahn & Associates were easy to deal with and kept me informed of the buyback status with great communication. I highly recommend them if you are dealing with a lemon vehicle.
Was not able to help with my situation but still listened and even offered advice. 5stars from me
I came in contact with Mr. Craig Kahn from Kahn and Associates, Lemon Law Attorneys, after dealing with faulty brand new Ram 1500 Laramie. I contacted Mr Kahn’s office after finding their number from my google search. From my initial call to the last day after settling the case, I have a very pleasant experience with their whole team. I usually don’t write a review but feel the need to give some credit to this office and their team. From Mr. Kahn to Paralegal Victoria, everyone is not only polite, but their timely communication just left me surprised. In my whole life time, this is the only office where I didn’t experience that 24-48 hours wait time to get a response like every other office has in their emails or on their voicemails. Victoria responded to my emails or texts with in few minutes, if not in seconds. Every time I called, Victoria always answered the call after couple rings unless she was on vacation. I highly recommend this team to anyone who is looking for a positive professional experience.
The paralegal and attorney I worked with were responsive, helpful and accessible. My questions were answered promptly and my case went smoothly and to my satisfaction.
Representatives in a lemon law dispute. Very satisfied with the outcome would highly recommend them very helpful throughout the whole process.
Great experience!
Clear and regular communication throughout the whole process.
Kahn & A helped me to get VW to buy back my old lemon Golf R. Process was pretty easy, and just needed to get all the appropriate paperwork done.
Excellent service. Great communication. Helped make a frustrating situation worth it.
Had a terrible time dealing with kia myself. It took some time, but Kahn was able to get me the resolution I desired. Would recommend to anyone having lemon issues.
We cannot say enough good things about Kahn and Associates. From our first contact, their team was responsive, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about Lemon Law cases. They took the time to carefully review our situation, explain our rights, and walk us through the entire process in a way that was easy to understand. Throughout the case, communication was excellent. We were kept informed of all updates, had our questions answered promptly, and always felt supported. Kahn and Associates handled all the paperwork and negotiations, which took a huge burden off our shoulders during an already stressful time. Their attention to detail, persistence, and commitment to advocating for their clients truly stood out. Thanks to their hard work, our case reached a successful resolution, and we felt confident knowing they had our best interests at heart from start to finish. We highly recommend Kahn and Associates to anyone dealing with a defective vehicle or considering a Lemon Law claim.
The process was smooth. Craig and his team were on top of the process with Ford every step of the way. They delivered a $15,000 settlement
Great group of people! Felt like they truly had our best interest in mind. They did a great job at explaining and breaking down all the legal jargon so the process was easy to understand.
Kahn & Associates is a settlement mill with zero communication. A complete waste of time and disappointment. If you live in Florida, a quick search shows that you can represent yourself quite easily in the state-run program. Save yourself the time and frustration—don't hire this firm. Despite being provided with an overabundance of evidence—including videos of the defect, service orders, text admissions from advisors, and telematics logs—they treated my case like a lottery ticket. They sent a generic demand letter via First Class U.S. Mail just to see if they could get a quick check. Because they didn't use Certified Mail, they failed to trigger the basic legal protections required by Florida law. They effectively sat on my file for months, doing no real legal work, only to drop me immediately when the manufacturer issued a denial. The attorney provided zero explanation and simply told me to find another litigator. They clearly only want easy payouts and have no intention of actually litigating or going to arbitration. I am now forced to handle the mandatory legal notices and arbitration myself because this firm wasn't willing to do the job I hired them for. Response to Owner: Your reply perfectly illustrates my point. Attacking my review history rather than addressing your failure to perform is a masterclass in deflection. To mention "ethics" while questioning my identity to avoid accountability is hysterical. Most tellingly, you’ve openly admitted to avoiding the "all-or-nothing" risk of arbitration in favor of "efficient resolutions." This confirms exactly what I said: you are a settlement mill. You are a high-volume firm that harvests "easy" wins and abandons clients the moment actual legal work is required. If you spent as much time on client communication as you do on reputation management, you wouldn’t have to resort to personal attacks to defend your "good name."
We take feedback seriously, but this review does not align with the documented track record of our people or our law firm.

First, based on the initials shown on your review profile, we cannot determine who you are or even confirm that you were a client. That makes it difficult to address your specific concerns directly.

Second, it is also relevant that approximately 50% of the dozens of reviews on your profile are 1-star reviews. This pattern provides important context when evaluating the claims made here.

Third, your statements about our firm and our people are directly contradicted by the record. I do not believe a single one of our hundreds and hundreds of Google 5-star (and Facebook) reviews describes our communication in this way. In fact, the overwhelming majority of those reviews specifically praise our attorneys/staff and their communication / responsiveness.

As for the substance of your complaint, A lawyer’s ethical duty to keep client confidences has few exceptions and in an abundance of caution we do not feel at liberty to discuss the facts of “your” case, but we can discuss our standard attorney-client agreement and some generalities.

Our written engagement letter, which everyone must sign, clearly explains the scope of our representation. There was nothing hidden or misleading about what we agreed to do. Further, we have discussions with everyone prior to sending engagement letters where all questions are answered honestly and transparently.

In our three decades of experience, we find informal arbitration to be an all-or-nothing process – full buyback or nothing. In any case where the documented facts result in a manufacturer issuing a complete denial, the likelihood of turning that into a buy back at arbitration is extremely low.

Most of our clients are not looking to spend 1–2 years in litigation while continuing to deal with an unsafe or unreliable vehicle. They want a resolution — and they want it as efficiently as possible. We focus on fast, efficient resolutions, and the vast majority of our clients — as reflected in our hundreds of 5 star-reviews — are very satisfied with that approach. When a client wants to pursue litigation instead, they are free to do so with no pressure from us or any fee owed to us if we’re not interested.

Lastly, sending a demand letter to the manufacturer, gathering, organizing and providing evidence and then continuing to follow up while waiting for a settlement offer is not “sitting on the file.” That is the pre-suit process in any area of law where a demand is made on a defendant by a claimant. Further, this is not “wasted” time. If a client decides to file suit after a denial with another firm, this process will not have to be repeated before filing suit.

Suffice it to say that we do not believe that your post gives a fair and accurate evaluation of the customer service, integrity or skill level of our firm. We value our good name as you can see by the hundreds and hundreds of glowing Google and Facebook 5-star reviews. It's our everyday goal to make our clients as happy as possible.
