Wish I could give 0 stars - what a scam this place is - had medical expenses with Deaconnes Hospital from years ago that I worked out a payment plan and paid Deaconnes but this sham of a law firm claims that the payment went thru them and I now owe them @ $700 for attorney and process fees even though I never dealt with them AT ALL. Predatory law firm at the lowest level taking advantage of people at every turn . These people should be ashamed at going after people to scam them out of all the money they can . Sad that this is what our country is turning into.

I've been paying these people for 3 years for a medical bill they won't even give me a printout or anything of the payments so I can know what I've paid them so far they're really sleazy.

The female staff that answer the phones in the debt department are very rude and annoyed every single call however the male that I spoke with previously very polite. The females need some home training and some better customer service they sound miserable and have a horrible demeanor

They like harassing people they're harassing me and if they don't stop I'm going to give them something to harass about when I file a lawsuit against them

They are thieves, plain and simple. They overcharged me $800. Instead of refunding the money, they give excuses as to why they can’t get the money back to me sooner. After a week of this, I try calling them and they are extremely rude and refuse to refund my money and then hang up on me. They give lawyers a bad name.

Wish I could give 0 stars. It's a debt collections place so, clearly, they won't get many positive reviews. My personal experience for this though, is I have been paying for the past couple years every month on time, even early (even went in person a couple times and paid a month in advance and talked with them about advancing it). I got a letter threatening my work pay, and them monitoring my job status. I have proof in receipts they give from the office and online payments of it all, and so should they (hopefully). I found the lawyers name and emailed him stating I was worried if there was an issue and was confused as to why I received this, because I have kept up with everything needed, even months early. I also stated there was proof in the receipts I was given and is in their records, and also on the website. He then only responded that I haven't been doing the agreed upon terms (still wasn't told what I didn't do after I provided proof I have followed the terms) and that they will continue to monitor my job; he clearly didn't care to look into it. I know I have nothing to worry about since I've been paying what was agreed and will continue to, and have proof of it all. It was just so uncomfortable, not professional at all, and made me gather every proof I had just in case and I shouldn't have to do that. Reading other reviews, it seems intimidation is a key method for them.

Seth Zirkle did a great job handling our eminent domain case. He knew exactly what we needed to do. He is very personable and always returned my calls or emails promptly. Shannon Frank was also very helpful and responsive with our estate planning. We would highly recommend both of them!

Never even heard of this firm until recently they sent a sheriff to my door with court papers, even though I have never once received any type of phone calls, emails, or letters from these people. I have tried calling twice now only to be hung up on. Emailed, no response as of now. Very unprofessional and rude, even when trying to speak to them about payments.

This is the last piece of mail that I got that broke the camels back. Sending me a notice of garnished wages and put a court case with an absurd amount of money on the paper, all official looking. 1) car number, yet again, does not exist. 2) the date was set 4 years in the past (darn, outside the 13 days response time). 3) has not realized I've already paid it off. They scam people out of money and hope to bank on people forgetting or being intimidated into paying an absurd amount of money. These people even try to help medical companies get a double payment from you (ambulance is typically #1 on list) and it is against hippa to double charge for medical bills. Kahn is about right. But you misspelled con.

I made arrangements to pay monthly on debt I owe to a sleezy car lot (I gave the car back but they still sued). I pay KDDK every month on time and I have the receipts. They just sent me a letter stating that I hadn’t been paying as agreed and that they monitor my employment. Basically threatening to try to garnish me again or tie me up in court again. Was thinking of making a lump sum payment so I can be done with it but now I’m considering using that money to retain a lawyer. They use some really unethical practices! I was shocked because I actually pay early every month & theyve never called or reached out to say otherwise!
