They wouldn't help this veteran. I don't know if it is because I'm a so called colored person or what. They claimed it was because of their workload, but didn't ask for me to check back with them in the future. Instead they suggested I seek help from somewhere else as this is a time sensitive situation. ‍ I don't know, but it's seems suspicious to me. I would give 0 stars but you have to select at least one.

I called them for some general information and Mr. Kahn was so kind and helpful. I will definitely call again if needed.
