Randall Kaiden is incredibly conscientious, unusually ethical, and does extremely thorough research before he engages in estate and elder law planning. He is also an innovative thinker and one of the only estate elder law attorneys in our community who truly understands public benefits. In my parents situation, his knowledge, patience and expertise was not only useful but critical because they are not US Citizens, but do receive Medicare, Medi-Cal and Supplemental Security Income through the Qualified Medicare Beneficiary program.
