I switched from one of the bill board lawyers that you never actually talk to over to Kaine Law and it was definitely the best decision for my car accident case. The insurance companies tried me on multiple occasions including not trying to fix additional damage that was found 4 months later when the same tire that fell off from the accident fell off again. The insurance co tried to say it must have been a manufacture defect on my new 2024 vehicle that had 9000 something miles on it at the time. Attorney Alperstein made one call during which he took on the insurance company and the mechanics that made the repairs and got them to cover the repair cost. Then after a year of physical therapy for the herniated disc in my neck, the insurance co presented a disrespectful 30% offer of the maximum policy benefit. My attorney once again fought to get me the maximum benefit amount. I highly recommend this firm for your personal injury case of you want an attorney that you can speak with and that will fight for your case.
