Pozorski represented the mother of my children in a divorce that was later granted an annulment in my favor. This guy is corrupt as they come. I found out years later my ex married someone prior to us filing for a marriage certificate. Someone left a stack of pictures in my mailbox enclosed in an envelope. The pictures were of a wedding ceremony on an island with her and another individual. When I bought the pictures to her attention ,she took off for weeks. I later was served with Divorce papers . During the Proceedings I attempted to make the court aware of her previous marriage. The courts would not let me speak about her past marriage, I was even threatened with contempt of court if I was to do so. My lawyer at that time did nothing. Later found out the main judge on the case, had a personal relationship with Joe, which became a conflict of interest . After I filed a complaint the the judge recused himself from the case. Next Appointed judge wasn’t no better. Joe attempted to cover up her marriage. Not until I found representation outside the county things started to turn around. Joe had a personal relationship with my ex. Joe was her uncle best friend. We ate thanksgiving with Joe for years before the coverup of her previous marriage. This story gets even worse. When Her marriage was brought to light from the annulment motion filed by my new attorneys, Joe then called for a recess in court to take his client outside. He then came back inside and told the Judge she got divorced from her husband a year prior to filing. Now Joe acknowledge her marriage.,lol I was granted an annulment,however Joe still asked for Maintenance from me and the Judge almost considered until my attorney stated no law shows that he can grant it. I recently found that my ex never got divorced from her real husband. Joe falsified documents to make it look like she got divorced. This attorney should be disbarred!!!! I’m still suffering from the damages he intentionally caused. I lost my house in this matter, My relationship with my kids was broken apart all because Joe wanted to cover for his client and ruined me . With newly discovered evidence I hope I will get the relief I deserve from this.

I contacted them 15 days ago. They never answered me. Waste of time.

My finance have reach out for seek legal advice and the person whoever he had spoken too was unprofessional, impolite and pitiless. I won’t recommend this firm it’s pointless and wasting time seeking advice with them!!!

Called to speak to a lawyer regarding a family court matter, and the lady was BEYOND rude when I told her I filed my divorce without a lawyer, but had questions about a current issue. She asked what city I lived in, and she said "then call a lawyer there, I don't have a lawyer for you"! I am about 15 miles from this office. They lost what could of been a paying client!

As the spouse of someone who used Kaminski & Pozorski, Andrew in particular, I can say, he put my wife through hell. He was the worst attorney we have ever encountered. His communication is nearly non existent and his knowledge on the matter seemed even worse. Why take a case if you don't know anything about it. We likely could have gotten more accomplished without him and represented ourselves. Andrew should not be allowed to practice law and this lawfirm as a whole should be held accountable.

If you want an attorney that won't answer your emails, reply to your questions and concerns, AND still charge you for reading every email you send, then Attorney Krajnek is for you. On the other hand, if you want an attorney that will properly represent you, then I would go with just about any other attorney you can find.

They don’t return your calls. Don’t take your opinion or concerns into consideration. Definitely not worth the money!

I am not a person who leaves many reviews. But, I would not recommend using Attorney Pozorski. When you hire an Attorney, you should feel like they are listening to you. He made me feel like nothing I said was of value, and listened to absolutely nothing I said. If you want to be charged thousands, upon thousands more than what they tell you, then this is the place to go. I went through a divorce, which is a very hard thing to go through, and he made it worse. I’d advise anyone, especially a young mother going through a divorce to find someone more understanding and on your side, that will not rip you off.

I needed advice on taking an estate through probate court. I found the Kaminski and Pozorski law firm through a Google search. The website is informative and easy to use.
