I have hired them on three occasions and once for my wife. I was always satisfied in the firms work. Answered my phone calls and never turned me away if I just had the urge to do a walk in. Mr Kandel is old school straight to the point
Worst lawyer ever! No communication. He missed a file date and cost me 15k. I would not recommend to anyone! Do not use this lawyer!

Terrible lawyer been trying to talk to him only ever talk to him once. I thought he was a good lawyer even put him on with one of my friends .but ,now I feel he doesn't care about wht going on I called several times explaining what's going on with the case. refused to get back with me left plenty of messages for the front desk for the lawyer to get back to me .soo in other words, if you wish to be ignored, left on the sidelines, this is your guy really unprofessional. Hardly speak with you and do his own thing if you are better off going to a different firm, and please guys don't give up any personal information I don't trust these people nor understand what really going on behind the scenes. They will play with you're case.

I had a case for a whole year after the year they tell me they are not taking the case! Not even calling around to get information from people they needed to worst ever!!

Please Do not do no business with this law firm. They are very unprofessional, they lie to their clients. Very long winded, RUDE and do not do their job. I've been lied to numerous times from Nelson Sr. And Robin. I only used this used this law firm because a friend of mine used Nelson Sr. Many years ago and he went to use him in 2023. And he regret using this law firm. I was a passenger in the accident and we were rear ended. They say I can't be used for witness and I was in the car. They don't work for u nor fight for your case. No communication until you have to do all the calling is that is also terrible. Let me ask you how do you get the person information license number name and say you don't have no proof? Car damages as well. When you are rear-ended that's the most easiest case you can win. This law firm is a mess and need to be shut down please don't use them, there's no good work ethic and it's very unprofessional. It's been a waste of my time and energy. Don't ignore the reviews.

PLEASE DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LAW FIRM!!! This law firm is very long-winded and unprofessional let me not forget unorganized AND DISRESPECTFUL! ELLEN SPEAKS TO YOU AS IF YOU WORK FOR HER AND NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND! They don't inform you about your case AT ALL nor do they keep track of your case.. instead of telling you they short staffed or unable to assist with your case they take it and have you waiting months!!!!!!! I call this office every day to check on my case... They sent me a letter stating they couldn’t get in contact with me because of a number change but that’s incorrect because as I stated I call them every day! when I called they said my check should be en route within two weeks, it has BEEN A MONTH…. I called them AGAIN! They proceeded to tell me they called the adjuster and got the check stopped and reissued ( they say )... Every time I called this dysfunctional office they came up with another excuse!! They even hang the phone up on you while you’re talking even the actual lawyer!! Please don't ignore this review they do not deserve a dime of your money!!! They need to be shut down if I'm being completely honest... THE ONLY PERSON I'VE COME ACROSS THAT WAS NICE WAS MRS. ROBIN SWEET LADY! THEY EVEN TOLD ME IF I TAKE MY REVIEW DOWN THEY'D FIGHT FOR MORE MONEY. LIKE ISNT THAT YOUR JOB IN THE FIRST PLACE???
