I don't recommend them; they are very irresponsible. It's been a year and a half since my accident, and they still haven't resolved anything. I call, and the man handling my case hasn't been available for two months. The last time I called, the lawyer told me they would transfer me to a final department and it would take four weeks—a lie. They told me the same thing in a message a few months ago. They wrote to me again to say they now have to look for the invoices, even though I had to go there in person to get them sent. They are very negligent. They calculated that I'm only owed 1,000 out of 4,700, and they have a hard time issuing the check or processing the work. Very bad service.
