This LaDon Williams-I would like to say that Michelle, who's a lawyer Kanner & Pintluga give me great support and service, The helped me when other law firms did not. And provided me with the best Doctors for treatments

So far, my experience with this company has been terrible. Unfortunately, what many other users mention about the phone service is true: they leave me on hold for long minutes and then simply hang up. After insisting several times, someone finally answers, promises to return the call… but never does. A total lack of professionalism. The worst came after the accident: they informed me that there was another "injured" person who would get half the money, when in reality I was the only one injured, as confirmed by the police report. Incredible. In the end, you end up sharing the misery they manage to achieve with someone who shouldn't even be involved. A total disappointment.

I have had the most horrible experience with this law firm. They do not call you back. They do not check up on you. They do not care. All they care about is the little bit of money that they’re going to get from them. They do not fight for your case they will settle with your case so quick And will not fight. I have been reaching out to my case manager for over a week I have been emailing I have been calling. I even have reached out to my case manager supervisor and they haven’t even called me back. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had when it comes to this law office fighting for me. They are not professional they act as if you owe them something. The employees have attitude and also the Attorneys have attitudes. if I had a dog and my dog needed them to represent him, I will not do it. I am so hurt that I have to select any kind of stars or rating to law office

My case manager hasn’t responded to any of my calls !! Can the actual owners plz get a handle of this .. it’s making the law firm seem so unprofessional and to see the reviews it’s all true because the case managers aren’t returning calls at all the only things the people want is an update on their case 🤷🏽‍♀️

Terrible business. Have had hassle after hassle finally got told I'm getting less money than I spent dealing with my case and was supposed to receive a check by the 5th of this month and it got lost in the mail and it's now the 18th. I was told they had to cancel the first check and send me a new one and it takes 24 to 48 hours. Here I am a week later still waiting for the first check to be cancelled. These people have made promise after promise and have kept none of them. My settlement is like 600 bucks and I spent more than that on gas and tires going where they sent me to

It’s been 16 months and nothing, I called and asked have the doctor bills been lowered yet, they said 90 days but it’s been 90 days and still no conclusion. Never again, I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND UNLESS YOU WANT TO TALK WITH THE FRONT DESK REPS AND WAIT IN QUES TO BE HUNG UP ON. Also, who hired SABRINA the case manager? I have never even spoken to by own case manager, and I sent emails. 🤦🏽‍♀️ The office keeps hanging up the phone when I do call, horrid case.

These are some of the best Attorneys in the state of Georgia. They really did their job to the fullest extent that they could've, and my family will forever be grateful for their devotion and dedication.

I repeat please go look somewhere else!!!💯 💯 They are extremely horrible and the worst! 💯 They don't take your injuries or your case seriously and will settle for the smallest settlement that leave you with an amount enough to get one bubble gum. They seem to be working on the side of the insurance companies definitely not the interest of their customers

Save time and money get another law firm. This law firm does not take care of their clients instead they will side with the insurance companies and give you a settlement that will not be able to buy a candy bar. Please do not use this law firm they are extremely horrible!

The only thing that I have a problem with this law firm is that when you call to ask about your case. They seem as though your being a bother to them when 6 months went by with No updates on your case. Not even to notify you that your case manager has changed. I can't stand talking to different people about my case. As a client I should get good customer service even if it's the simplest question. Communication makes things much easier.

I had a very good experience with this office! They were very professional, answered all my questions, and did what they said they were going to do in a timely manor! What more needs to be said.

Very trustworthy and proffessional service is what I received Ms Adela isse is very helpful and responds to any and all concerns I have had getting my case resolved I recommend her service and the kanner and pentuluga team to anyone who needs assistance getting there case resolved quickly without worry
