I had an outstanding experience working with this firm. From the very beginning, Michael Kaplan was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me achieve the best possible outcome. Throughout the entire process, he was extremely responsive, patient in answering my questions, and always took the time to explain things clearly so I felt confident and informed every step of the way. His expertise and attention to detail really stood out.

This Place is a joke. Made my wife open a workmen’s comp claim stating they could help her knowing she had just had surgery and struggling mentally with what this job was and had been putting her through. Then they withdrew from her case because what the employer said didn’t match her statement. Well duh it’s the reason why she is in the situation she is in! So they left her high and dry to fight her own case when they are the ones who filed to begin with. Also right around the holidays and over email not even a phone call. Unprofessional and very misleading! Also you’re responding back with answers after a review when you guys should have done that over a month ago. Horrible again left her to fight a claim YOUR law firm opened and left her high and dry to fight her own case. No professionalism or compassion at all. When you withdrew you should have given other attorney options. Instead basically gave her the middle finger knowing the situation and left her drowning in a case your firm opened.

What else can I say other than Jacqui Condon and her team did an excellent job of handling my case! They were thorough every step of the way and always kept me updated. They kept me in good feelings about my case and were able to keep me in good spirits as well. They made my journey easier and I could not recommend them enough!

Sheila and her Paralegal Andrea were both great from the start and obtained a very good outcome for me, despite much if any effort by myself. I would highly recommend them for workman's comp issues in particular as they put a quick but well thought out resolution together for my case and got me my money! Sheila couldn't be any more of a bulldog out there and she knows everyone for God's Sake! It is easy for her to talk to the "other side" and obtain money for your milage and lost wages for doctor's appointments and so forth.
