My case was sent to Karell after being (to me) mishandled by another company. My case Karell handled was actually a car accident that happened 2weeks after another car accident that was mishandled extremely. So the cases kind of intertwined because they were so close. I worked specifically with Pearlishea and Georgia they were great the entire time even when they first got my case and I was beyond pissed and probably a little frustrated. They were always patient and understanding. They were able to get a settlement that I was okay with.
