Stay away! While I cannot go into details for my insurance case while it is still pending, I can tell you this is lawyer is someone you should not be doing business with. She has conducted herself in a very unprofessional manner from beginning to end. Her services and her abilities were misrepresented. Without my doing or initiation, I have been subsequently contacted by the Oregon State Bar who has opened an investigation into whether Karen Thompson has committed misconduct. If that does not tell you anything, then it's all on you.
