We just moved to the area from Houston, and we used Karl to close on our new home in Scarsdale. I found him on Google, read some reviews, talked to a few potential lawyers, and decided on him. I can't speak more highly of him. He is thorough, gave us great advice, and pointed out many important things to us along the way. Ours was not an easy transaction due to timing issues and other side issues, so I actually feel he was underpaid by us given his super reasonable rates. Incidentally, our real estate agent had wanted us to go with a lawyer she was familiar with, but after it was all done, she was also convinced he was a great choice. She commented that he was the type of lawyer that truly cares about his clients. In summary, look no further, this is your guy. Again, I can't speak more highly of him.
