There are no words to describe how thankful i am for Karl and his staff. Please allow me to namedrop. Shawn who was the first contact i had and the investigator was so patient and kind as i was struggling with my decision to leave another attorney due to lack of communication at his office. He allowed me time and did not pressure me at all. Melissa who was my paralegal . This sweet lady had to listen to me cry..curse..rant and never once was rude or unsympathetic to my physical and emotional pain i was struggling with daily for 11 months. Don’t waste your time. They do not communicate with you about your case. They were always 2 steps behind on what was going on. They do not care about their clients there only care about there cut. If your not an easy win case they will drop you quick. Jason Goode.
