Shockingly poor and unprofessional service from all three people I worked with here when purchasing a home. The person that was supposed to close on a home with me was on vacation on my close on/around date, and I never heard from her again. We closed later than I had hoped to because of this. The person that then took over for her wouldn’t respond to calls or emails for days at a time and when she did respond to some emails, would ignore half of the questions in the email. The person who actually signed the documents with me was yet again someone else (who I believe owns the firm) and while I appreciate his help and we managed to close on the house, he didn’t seem to take it very seriously for something that is one of the most important purchases of someone’s life, and complained with the seller’s lawyer that they get paid less than the real estate agents involved, which I found a bit unprofessional (especially because my real estate agents did wayy more work in this process for me). If they don’t think they’re getting paid enough, they should charge more rather than trying to minimize the time they spend on the process. I would have been happy to pay a bit more for better service. I don’t mean any disrespect to any individuals here, I wish the best for them, and I don’t like to leave bad reviews for local businesses, but I can’t imagine how they could have done a worse job outside of I guess if the purchase literally didn’t go through. While looking at their reviews for some other types of services, they may do a good job for those, but I would not recommend them for real estate.

Jonathan Karp goes above and beyond....a true professional. When it comes to his clients hes "All In"! He Truely has his clients best interest at heart across the board.

Steven and Jonathan helped me with my recent divorce. They made the process as smooth and easy as I can imagine it being. They take time to work with their clients, making sure their needs are met. While making sure everything is understood throughout the process. Definitely treating you like a person not just a client. A rare gem of an attorney in the Syracuse area. Jonathan is highly intelligent, professional (unlike others) and won't waste your time. I needed an attorney though I'm not in the area.
